About Us

The BizChix Story

As a professional business strategist and coach, Natalie Eckdahl created BizChix to help women prosper. Why women, specifically? Because when women earn more money, we have more influence and more choices. We create more opportunities for ourselves – and for others. And building a successful business gives us the opportunity to support those we love and the causes we care about.

Case in Point: BizChix.

Natalie’s obsessed with helping women retain more profit and deliver more impact, and she launched the award-winning BizChix podcast in 2014 to do just that. Since then, Natalie has helped thousands of women business owners by sharing her expertise and actionable strategies for profit and growth – strategies that address the specific needs and goals of women entrepreneurs.

Along the way, BizChix has grown to group coaching programs, masterminds and a community of like-minded, ambitious women who support and celebrate one another in their success.

Our Framework for Success

The BizChix Coaching Framework is the foundation of our approach to guiding you through the stages of business success. Each of your primary business needs – time, impact and money – can be affected by the decisions you make involving strategy, team and operations. Similarly, your strategy, team and operations are affected by factors that include your company structure, leadership style and the marketing decisions you make. And everything you do is affected by your mindset – how you think about success, failure, money and the value you provide in the world.

We use our coaching framework to guide you into understanding where to focus your energy and effort as you move through phases of growth and stability in your business.

And this part is important: At the very heart of the BizChix Coaching Framework, you’ll find an infinity symbol – the symbol of your legacy. Knowing why you’re building your business – the legacy you want to leave and the effect of your work on your VIPs, your community and the world – is key to your success.

What legacy are you building?

infinity

We're ready to help you build a lasting legacy.

Natalie Eckdahl

MBA
I came to entrepreneurship looking to control my time – so that I could attend my daughter’s dance competitions, volunteer at my son’s elementary school parties, take my aging parents to doctor’s appointments or visit a national park in the off-season. As a married mom of three, with deep ties to my community and my extended family, I wasn’t looking to create a “laptop lifestyle” where I could work from a different tropical location each month. The freedom I was looking for through entrepreneurship was different.

As the founder of BizChix, I wanted to amplify the impact of women entrepreneurs. I wanted to leverage my 25+ years of business experience, an MBA and coaching expertise to help women adapt their business to their family life and individual priorities. And I wanted to build a community of kind, supportive women invested in seeing other like-minded women succeed.

In the last decade, I’ve had the privilege of coaching hundreds of women business owners through strategy sessions and mastermind groups, and interviewing hundreds of industry leaders and influencers from across the globe for my BizChix Podcast. I’ve been recognized as “One of the Top Women in Business to Listen To” by Entrepreneur, “One of the Top 5 Must-Listen-To Business Podcasts” by Inc. Magazine and named an “Inspiring Woman” by Apple Podcasts. I’ve been featured in Inc., Fast Company, Huffington Post and Entrepreneur, and I’m the author of “R.E.S.E.T. Your Mindset: Silence Your Inner Mean Girl,” a step-by-step guide for moving beyond your limiting beliefs and conquering your mindset issues.

As the creator and lead coach of our innovative Six Figures Lab group coaching program, I help women build profitable businesses through laser-focused coaching and strategic business guidance earned in more than 25 years in business and entrepreneurship.

And when I’m not enjoying precious moments with my husband, Mark, our three children and our cats, you’ll find me drinking a steaming cup of coffee, swimming laps or sneaking in a power nap.
