Position: Online Business Manager

Reporting Structure: CEO, Natalie Eckdahl in partnership with Project Manager

Compensation: $25-35/hour

Start Date: early to mid-July

Expected Hourly Commitment: 10-20hrs/week, with ability to grow


Overview of Role:

Personally assist CEO and team by managing day-to-day business operations of a multiple six figure business that includes large coaching practice, group programs, events, and weekly podcasts. The ideal candidate has experience in the online space, understands operations, and has supported an executive in the past.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Available to work throughout the day, 6 days a week; flexible with times of day but need someone who can be available when needed
  • Ability to grow and take on larger workload, as position demands
  • Fulfilled by serving others

  • “Get things done” kind of person (efficient)
  • Assist CEO with personal tasks to support her work-life balance such as, research and book travel arrangements, coordinate schedules of support team (sitters, etc.). These will be business and non-business related. This will allow CEO to gain time for herself.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Reside in Southern California and have ability to meet with CEO, as needed
  • Two years experience as a Online Business Manager, Office Manager, Executive Administrator or Executive Personal Assistant
  • Be familiar with online business tools and business models
  • Ability to contribute to team with strategic direction


Common Tasks:

Manage calendar, Email management, client communication/concierge, facilitate onboarding and offboarding process, assist in client/mastermind/group sessions with notes, booking podcast guests, manage speaking or appearance requests, communicate with vendors, aide in projects.


Tools and Systems Used:

WordPress, Typeform, Aweber, LastPass, Libsyn, Canva, Zoom, Paypal, Xero, GSuite, RecurPost, Acuity, Asana, Voxer, ClickFunnels, Event Brite, Adobe Audition, Drop Box,

**Helpful to be familiar with these, but willing to develop ideal candidate in specialized systems.
