I like to choose a word of the year, and let this word inspire my activities for each week and month. Choosing a word to shape your year is such an impactful activity – I have some great anecdotes to share with you from fellow BizChix about how choosing a word for the year changed their 2018.
When it comes to choosing a word for the year, really reflect on what you want 2019 to be like. Sometimes, it is a change you want to make or something you want more of. But trust me, when you find your word – you will will know, and you will say YES to it.
